Dues can be paid by any of the options listed below. Refer to your recent dues statement for more information. Statements should be received by mid-December. The 2026 Annual Assessment is $550.00.
How do I pay my dues?
- Pay online at https://home.alphahoa.com/ with a credit card, debit card, or bank information
- Pay by US Mail with a check or money order sent to the address below

What happens if I don’t pay my dues?
In 2023, the HOA Board passed an updated delinquency policy so that every household received fair treatment and a documented series of reminders. The full policy is available here.
